Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Sales Executive to join our on-site team in Gurugram. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, preparing sales reports, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with marketing and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and provide insights for improving products and services.

Qualifications

  • Experience in selling, cold calling experience is a plus.
  • Proven sales and negotiation skills, along with the ability to achieve targets.
  • Customer relationship management and strong interpersonal communication skills to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Understanding of market trends, strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in preparing sales reports and presentations, and working knowledge of CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a results-oriented approach.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with Gurugram and the real estate market is an advantage.
