Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the hospitality industry. Daily responsibilities include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will also research market trends, provide customer feedback to the product team, and actively contribute to expanding TIRE's client base.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the hospitality or FMCG industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and a customer-centric mindset
• Proficiency in market research, lead generation, and sales strategy development
• Problem-solving skills, goal-driven attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
• Experience with CRM tools is a plus
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with sustainable practices and eco-conscious trends in the hospitality industry is an advantage
