Role- Sales Executive

Location-Mumbai

Responsibilties-

1. Focus on innovation and new techniques to penetrate the market.

2. Profit optimization to meet the budget.

3. Retention of existing accounts.

4. Maximize profitability through focus on Cash Flow Management and timely payment collections

as per agreement.

5. Ensure conversion of leads through various channels.

6. Compliance and adherence to operating procedures defined in MICE operations.

7. Achieve budgeted sales and revenue targets.

8. Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key customers.

9. Build pipeline of new customers and maintain key account relationships to build repeat businesses.

10. Deliver Thomas Cook's best in class services to clients.

11. Align customer requirements to our delivery systems and handover meetings with operations.

12. Build brand value by demonstrating professional practices.

12. Ensure client collections are as per the agreed terms and conditions, cash flow management.

13. Signing of MOU's / GFO's / SLA's for all projects.

14. People Managers to periodically review the performance of the sales team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience into MICE Sales

• Experienced into B2B Sales and Corporate Networking

• Experience into Client Acquisition

• Lead Generation and conversion

• Good communication skills
