About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive sales for our retail interior design and furniture solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, online platforms, and market research.
• Identify and approach potential clients in the retail and commercial interior segment.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design and estimation teams.
• Prepare and present company profiles, quotations, and proposals.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful orders.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records and regular follow-up reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing is an advantage.
• 1–4 years of experience in B2B Sales, Interior, Furniture, Retail, Construction, or related industries.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong lead-generation and client-handling abilities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
• Proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools will be an added advantage.
