We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Executive with 0-1 years of experience to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a desire to build a career in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and cold calling.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients highlighting product features and benefits.
  • Assist in the development of sales strategies and marketing plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and events.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs.
