With a mission to make solar energy a primary power source in India, the company promotes the adoption of renewable energy solutions. It operates a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Noida, U.P., producing high-quality IEC/MNRE-approved solar panels.

Rol Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Noida. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new leads, building client relationships, and driving sales of solar products and solutions. Primary tasks include meeting with potential clients, understanding their energy needs, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves coordinating with the technical team to ensure client specifications are met and exploring opportunities to expand the customer base in existing and new markets.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with experience in lead generation, customer acquisition, and achieving sales targets.
  • Basic understanding of solar energy products, renewable energy technologies, and related markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to prepare proposals, understand client needs, and communicate technical specifications effectively.
  • Organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently or within a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for preparing reports and presentations.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the solar or renewable energy sector is a significant advantage.
