We work with researchers across 40+ countries and collaborate with universities and institutions worldwide.

Role Description

We are looking for a highly energetic and result-oriented B2C Sales Executive to drive conference registrations and author service sales through outbound and inbound calls.

This role requires strong telephonic persuasion skills, professional English communication, and the ability to convert researcher inquiries into paid registrations.

Responsibilities

● Make outbound calls to researchers who have submitted papers or shown interest in conferences

● Convert leads into paid registrations for IFERP conferences

● Pitch author services including publication support, indexing assistance, and related services

● Handle international prospects across multiple time zones

● Follow up consistently to close deals within deadlines

● Maintain accurate CRM updates for calls, follow-ups, and conversions

● Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

● Maintain a high conversion ratio from lead → prospect → registration

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of B2C sales experience over the phone (mandatory)

● Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

● Excellent command over spoken English

● No mother tongue influence; clear and neutral accent

● Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills

● Confident in handling international clients

● Immediate joiner preferred
