Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our growing IT team. The candidate will be responsible for Knowledge of lead generation, client outreach, and building relationships with potential clients through LinkedIn, cold calling, and other sales channels.

This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who want to build a career in IT sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn networking.
  • Conduct initial client discussions and understand their requirements.
  • Schedule meetings and product/service demonstrations with potential clients.
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospects and update CRM regularly.
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into business opportunities.
  • Stay updated with IT industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Ability to maintain productivity and focus under tight deadlines.
  • Willing to engage in event participation for business development and networking.

Required Skills
  • Basic understanding of IT services, software development, or digital solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn outreach and lead generation.
  • Ability to handle cold calling and client interactions confidently.
  • Basic knowledge of sales processes and client relationship management.
  • Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
