EPR Magazine is a leading B2B publication focused on the power and energy sector, covering utilities, renewable energy, transmission & distribution, and emerging technologies. It connects key decision-makers through print, digital, and industry events.

About the Role

The Media Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth across the NCR region by selling integrated media solutions, including print advertising, digital campaigns, webinars, and event sponsorships to companies in the power and energy ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Drive media sales revenue for EPR Magazine across NCR region
  • Sell integrated solutions: print ads, eMagazine, website banners, newsletters, webinars, and event sponsorships
  • Develop and manage relationships with key clients including utilities, EPCs, OEMs, renewable energy firms, and solution providers
  • Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline
  • Work closely with editorial and marketing teams to create customised media proposals
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Represent EPR at industry exhibitions, conferences, and networking events
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM
  • Track market trends in the power and energy sector to align sales strategy

Qualifications

  • Graduate with proven experience in B2B media sales / advertising sales / event sponsorship sales

Required Skills

  • Strong network within power, energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors (preferred)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to sell solution-based offerings rather than standalone products
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently
  • Strong understanding of digital media and integrated marketing solutions
