Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Bengaluru, specifically focused on System Aluminium Windows. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new leads, maintaining and growing relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities, providing product demonstrations, and negotiating and closing sales. Additional responsibilities include staying updated on market trends, managing customer inquiries, preparing sales reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in the aluminium or UPVC windows and doors industry
- Strong skills in lead generation, relationship management, and client communication
- Knowledge of System Aluminium Windows and related products; ability to provide technical product demonstrations
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Ability to analyse market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Willingness to work on-site at the Bengaluru facility and travel for client visits as required
- Prior experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is a plus

- Good understanding of system aluminium windows and ability to explain technical features

- Ability to analyse market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru and travel for client meetings
- Prior experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is an added advantage
