Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Rajkot. The Sales Executive will focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, creating and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets for the company. Responsibilities also include conducting market research, preparing proposals, and presenting solutions to clients. The Sales Executive will collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and will play a key role in developing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications
  • Proven sales and negotiation skills, including building strong client relationships and closing deals
  • Knowledge of electrical systems, distribution panels, and renewable energy products is preferred
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to conduct market research and identify business opportunities
  • Self-motivation, results-driven attitude, and ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in sales or a related field is preferred; an understanding of the industrial and electrical solutions market is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is desirable
