Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Delhi, India. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include generating leads, conducting client meetings, preparing sales proposals, and collaborating with the team to strategize and implement sales plans. Additional responsibilities include maintaining sales records, providing feedback to management, and staying updated on industry trends.
Qualifications
- Experience in Business Development, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong skills in Sales, Lead Generation, and achieving targets
- Knowledge of Industrial Automation, SCADA Systems, and Control Panels (preferred)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and standard office applications
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a collaborative team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in engineering or automation industries is an advantage
