Role Description
· Manage and develop the sales function for the company – LPG & Hydraulics Hoses
· Develop and update sales policy and planning
· Manage of sales information and systems, and review commodity strategy with the management team
· Manage and develop the existing and potential Customers
· Search for new potential customer develop and set up a customer data base
· Distributors / Channel Partner Handling, Business Development of Actual / End users
· Administration and reporting as necessary
· Interaction with Customers including International suppliers.
· Good communication skill.
· Impressive Track Record
· Extensive Travelling capacity (15 days in a month).
· Strong responsibility, self-motivated and can work under high pressure
· Flexible, patient and solution-focused
· Good MS Office skills, particularly Excel and Word, and ideally Access or similar database to basic level
Qualifications : MBA/ B.tech
REPORTING : Head Sales & Marketing
CTC Range : 4.00 – 5.00 Lac P.A. but not constraint for right candidate
Experience : Minimum 3-5 years work experience
LOCATION : Pune (Look after Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh and connecting border area of Karnataka) & Punjab (Look after Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, J & K)
