Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site Sales Executive role located in madhavaram, Chennai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key duties include generating leads, conducting market research, presenting tailored solutions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role demands collaboration with internal teams and requires a proactive and results-oriented approach to drive growth and develop long-term partnerships with clients.

we are looking for a high-energy Sales Executive with an FMCG background to drive global sales growth is highly preferable.

Location: Madhavaram, Chennai

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • International Sales & Client Handling:
  • Handle international client communication via calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
  • Identify and approach global buyers through outbound calls, digital platforms, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers.
  • Lead Generation & Sales Execution:
  • Generate and qualify leads and build a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects and convert opportunities into orders.
  • Take ownership of the sales cycle from first contact to order confirmation.
  • Sales Strategy & Growth:
  • Independently plan and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Identify new markets, buyer segments, and sales opportunities.
  • Share market feedback and sales insights with management.
  • Pricing & Coordination:
  • Support pricing discussions and basic negotiation with clients.
  • Coordinate internally with operations and logistics teams to ensure feasibility of sales commitments.
  • Maintain clarity on INCOTERMS during client discussions.
  • CRM & Reporting:
  • Update CRM with leads, follow-ups, client interactions, and deal status.
  • Prepare basic sales reports and pipeline updates.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 3- 5 years of experience in global sales, export sales support, or global business development.
  • Experience in food, FMCG, trading, or export-oriented companies is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of results.
  • Bachelor's degree in Global Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related fields.
  • Good understanding of INCOTERMS, global pricing, and trade fundamentals
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools, dashboards, Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, procurement, and leadership teams.
