Role Overview

We are looking for a high-energy, result-oriented Sales Executive with a proven track record in selling IT services and software products to international clients. Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing global leads, and closing deals for our suite of digital transformation and AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead generation & prospecting: Identify and target potential B2B clients in international markets (USA, UK, Middle East, etc.) through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Sales lifecycle management: Handle the end-to-end sales processfrom initial outreach and discovery calls to technical presentations and closing the contract.
  • Solution selling: Understand client pain points and pitch our customized IT services (Web/App Dev, AI Solutions, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Services).
  • Relationship building: Act as a strategic consultant to global CXOs and stakeholders, building long-term trust and repeat business.
  • Proposal & negotiation: Draft professional business proposals, handle price negotiations, and coordinate with the technical team for project scoping.
  • Market intelligence: Stay updated on global tech trends (specifically AI/ML and digital transformation) to position Easy Link effectively against competitors.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in IT sales or business development (B2B). Candidates with experience in selling to international clients will be prioritized.
  • Communication: Exceptional English communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to converse confidently with global stakeholders.
  • Sales acumen: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
  • Tech savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and a solid understanding of IT terminology (SDLC, Cloud, AI, UI/UX).
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts to align with international time zones (e.g., US EST) when necessary.
