Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in Calicut, Kerala. The Sales Executive will actively identify potential clients, build and maintain relationships, present our forex trading education, and close sales. Responsibilities also include conducting market research, generating and following up on leads, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the Sales Executive will collaborate with the marketing and customer support teams to optimize client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and partners.
  • Proven sales, lead generation, and negotiation skills, coupled with a strong customer-oriented approach.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and achieve targets.
  • Basic knowledge of forex trading and financial markets is a plus, with a strong willingness to learn and enhance expertise in this domain.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software, with an understanding of digital marketing concepts being advantageous.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Experience in a similar sales role and familiarity with the finance or education sector is an added advantage.
