Roles and ResponsibilitiesAs a Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in guiding students through their study-abroad journey and introducing them to Standyou's services.
- Client Acquisition
- Identify and engage potential students interested in studying abroad.
- Promote Standyou's services to meet their educational needs.
- Counseling and Consultation
- Understand students academic goals and preferences.
- Recommend suitable study packages, scholarship opportunities, and coaching options.
- Sales and Enrollment
- Promote and sell study-abroad packages to students and their families.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective engagement and follow-ups.
- Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and their families.
- Provide timely updates and support throughout the application process.
- Market Insights
- Stay updated on study-abroad trends and scholarship opportunities.
- Share feedback on market demand to enhance offerings.
- Reporting and Coordination
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on sales and inquiries.
- Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications- Education: Bachelor's degree (any discipline).
- Experience: Minimum 1.5 years in sales.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
