Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Pune City. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales by generating leads, managing customer relationships, identifying client needs, and presenting tailored real estate solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, creating sales presentations, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service. Collaborating with internal teams, the Sales Executive will also identify opportunities to support overall business growth and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Sales, Relationship Management, and Lead Generation
  • Proficiency in Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and perform Client Need Assessments
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Prior experience in the real estate or proptech sector is an advantage
