Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive with at least 2 years of experience in selling commercial and residential real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, client handling, site visits, and closing sales while ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through various channels (walk-ins, references, digital platforms, brokers, etc.)
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries professionally
  • Conduct site visits and property presentations for clients
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties
  • Follow up with potential clients and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Close sales deals and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams (CRM, legal, accounts) for smooth transaction processing
  • Maintain updated knowledge of ongoing and upcoming projects
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners
