Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Development Associate located in Gurgaon. The Associate will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and support the growth of sales strategies. Key responsibilities include prospecting, pitching products and services, collaborating with internal teams to deliver client-focused solutions, and meeting revenue targets. The role involves a dynamic environment with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and business development skills, including negotiation, lead generation, and customer acquisition
  • Proficiency in relationship management and client servicing
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, along with a results-driven approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and handle multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of the real estate or proptech industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
