Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive based in Ahmedabad, with allowances for partial work from home. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, delivering product or service presentations, negotiating deals, and maintaining accurate sales records. The role also entails collaborating with team members and contributing to strategic sales plans.
Qualifications

  • Sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to close deals and build rapport with clients
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions
  • Market research and strategic planning abilities to help identify opportunities and build strategies
  • Proficiency in CRM software and basic technology skills relevant to the role
  • Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and meet sales targets
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the real estate sector or a sales-oriented role is advantageous but not required
