Role Description
As a Sales Executive, you will be the engine of our growth. You are a hunter who knows how to navigate the brand landscape, identify decision-makers, and present the value of AI-driven creative production. You'll be responsible for the first half of the sales cycle: from cold outreach to qualified meetings.
Qualifications
- 26 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in an agency, SaaS, or ad-tech environment.
- Proven track record of exceeding lead generation targets.
- Basic understanding of the UGC landscape and a genuine curiosity about Generative AI.
- Exceptional communication and rejection-proof persistence.
- Strong sales and business development skills, with an ability to identify opportunities, build client relationships, and close deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively present solutions and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Negotiation skills and experience in managing client accounts
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is a plus
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to contribute to the success of the company
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; prior experience in sales or advertising is advantageous
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and prospect potential brand partners across sectors like D2C, E-commerce, and Tech.
- Outbound Strategy: Execute multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, Email, Cold Calling) to book high-quality discovery calls.
- The Pitch: Clearly articulate SoulAds.ai's unique value propositionhow AI reduces costs and increases creative output for brands.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy CRM and provide accurate weekly forecasts.
