Sales Executive - Retail Event

Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Retail Event Sales Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our products through engaging retail events, driving sales, and enhancing customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-store demonstrations and product sampling to engage customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and retail partners.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by management.
• Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events and campaigns.
• Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the marketing team.
• Maintain a clean and organized event space and ensure all materials are stocked and available.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in retail sales or event management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with POS systems.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
