Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new leads in the residential, commercial, and industrial solar segments.
- Conduct site assessments and present suitable solar solutions to clients.
- Build strong customer relationships and provide end-to-end sales support.
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams for project closures.
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year experience in solar product sales (mandatory).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Self-motivated, hardworking, and target-oriented.
- Based in or willing to work in Gujarat.
- Salary budget - 15K to 25K
