Job Description

Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling Solar Investment Schemes to individual investors, businesses, and potential customers. The role focuses on lead generation, customer acquisition, relationship management, and achieving assigned sales targets while promoting renewable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through field visits, references, campaigns, and digital platforms.

• Promote Solar Investment Schemes to prospective clients and investors.

• Explain investment benefits, project details, ROI, and government subsidies.

• Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.

• Convert leads into successful sales opportunities.

• Maintain daily sales activity reports and customer database.

• Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by management.

• Coordinate with technical and operations teams for smooth project execution.

• Build long-term relationships with customers.

• Participate in marketing events, roadshows, and promotional activities.

• Provide after-sales support and customer assistance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Any Discipline (BBA / B.Com / MBA preferred).

• 1–4 years experience in Sales, Marketing, Financial Products, Insurance, Real Estate, or Renewable Energy sales.

• Freshers with strong sales interest may also apply.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of solar energy or investment products (preferred).

• Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.

• Good negotiation and presentation skills.

• Ability to work in field sales environment.

• Customer relationship management skills.
