Job Role: Field Sales Executive

Experience: 1-3 Years

Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Chennai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and managing the sales pipeline. Additionally, the Sales Executive will collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to meet client needs, deliver sales presentations, and achieve sales targets. The role requires effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to drive business growth.

Profile Requirements

  • Proficiency in Lead Generation, Client Acquisition, and Prospecting techniques
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Sales Strategy Development, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Sales Forecasting
  • Understanding of Software Solutions and IT Consulting Services is highly desirable
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
