We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Sales Executive to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for aspiring students. Your role is twofold: to act as a career advisor helping students choose the right path, and to drive admissions by showcasing the value of our practical, industry-focused training programs.

• Student Counselling: Conduct professional one-on-one counselling sessions (in-person, via phone, or WhatsApp) to understand the career goals of prospective students and match them with the right IT courses.
• Lead Management: Proactively follow up with leads generated from our website, social media, and walk-ins.
• Admissions Drive: Explain course curriculums, placement assistance programs, and the benefits of our live-project training methodology to potential candidates.
• Building Trust: Maintain a friendly and supportive environment for students, ensuring they feel confident about their decision to choose Softs Solution Service.
• Achievement: Meet monthly enrolment targets while maintaining high conversion rates from leads to enrolled students.
• Relationship Management: Keep track of inquiries in our CRM/database and ensure timely communication.

• Experience: 1 to 3 years in sales, business development, or educational counselling (freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply).
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
• Approach: A student-first mindset—you should genuinely care about helping students build a successful career.
• Tech Literacy: A basic understanding of the IT/Software industry (so you can explain what a Full Stack or UI/UX course actually entails).
• Personality: Enthusiastic, persuasive, and patient.
