We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to accelerate business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory. The role involves promoting electrical panel solutions, managing the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to order closure—and ensuring excellent customer engagement and post-sales support.
You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of orders, actively participate in tendering processes, and contribute to market insights by tracking industry trends and competitor activity.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Growth
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with a focus on revenue growth
- Generate inquiries, convert leads into orders, and expand market presence
- Build relationships with builders, contractors, consultants, and industrial clients
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
- Ensure timely responses to customer queries and provide effective solutions
- Conduct regular follow-ups and site visits to strengthen engagement
Quotation & Tender Management
- Prepare and submit accurate quotations within defined timelines
- Participate in tendering processes, negotiations, and bid submissions
- Track and improve tender win ratios through strategic pricing and positioning
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market demand
- Identify new business opportunities and emerging segments
- Maintain accurate CRM records and submit regular sales reports
Payment Collection & Coordination
- Ensure timely collection of payments and reduce outstanding receivables
- Coordinate with production, design, and accounts teams for smooth order execution
- Support on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
Product Focus
- Promote LT/HT electrical panels such as PCC, MCC, APFC, VFD, and control panels
- Conduct technical discussions and site evaluations with clients
- Understand and interpret electrical drawings (SLD preferred)
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Sales target achievement and revenue growth
- New client acquisition and inquiry generation
- Conversion ratio from inquiry to order
- Customer retention and satisfaction levels
- Quotation accuracy and turnaround time
- Tender participation and success rate

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of electrical panels and switchgear systems
- Understanding of electrical drawings and technical specifications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated approach
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
Qualifications
- Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (preferred)
- Alternatively, a graduate with relevant experience in industrial or electrical sales
