Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Vadodara. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales activities, developing client relationships, and achieving assigned revenue targets. Daily tasks include identifying and acquiring new clients, nurturing existing partnerships, preparing proposals, conducting product demonstrations, and understanding the technical needs of customers to tailor effective solutions. The role also involves collaborating with technical teams, staying abreast of market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive engagement.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development skills, including client acquisition, relationship management, and proposal preparation
  • Technical proficiency relating to MES, IIOT, automation solutions (PLC, SCADA, HMI), and understanding data integration on platforms like AWS and Azure
  • Strong market research, analytical, and problem-solving skills to assess market demands and provide suitable solutions
  • Effective communication and presentation skills for product demonstrations and client negotiations
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and adapt in a highly dynamic work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or equivalent field
  • Experience in sales, preferably in industrial automation, MES, or related industries
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in CRM tools
  • Willingness to travel and meet clients as required
  • Passion for technology and innovation in industrial automation
