Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Tirur for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and achieving sales targets. This involves conducting market research, managing client communications, delivering presentations about Skillmount's training programs, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaboration with internal teams and providing feedback to improve product offerings will also be key responsibilities in this role.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales, Negotiation, Prospecting, and Relationship Building
  • Effective Communication, Interpersonal Abilities, and Client Management Skills
  • Proficiency in Market Research and Strategic Planning
  • Ability to meet sales targets and handle objections effectively
  • Experience in the EdTech industry is highly advantageous
  • Self-motivation, ability to work independently, and a results-driven mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages preferred
