Duties And Responsibilities
As Sales Executive, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:
- Generate new business across FIT, GIT, Corporate, and MICE segments to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Support the Sales & Marketing Manager in achieving overall revenue objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, DMCs, corporate clients, and key partners.
- Be completely familiar with all the resort inventory including special advantages, amenities and special features of each room as well as all guest and public facilities.
- Conduct site inspections, resort presentations, and client meetings professionally.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and rate agreements in line with pricing strategies.
- Plan and coordinate detailed BEOs (Banquet Event Orders) for FIT and GIT bookings to ensure smooth execution.
- Coordinate with all departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and a delightful stay from arrival to departure.
- Liaise with external vendors and partners to ensure quality service delivery.
- Monitor inventory, promotions, and competitor activities to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Create media and content showcasing the resort for special events and social media including photography and video.
- Oversee advertising and promotional materials in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Maintain complete knowledge of resort facilities, room categories, and unique selling points.
- Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.
- Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.
Qualifications
To execute the position of Sales Executive, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:
- Possess some equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Sales & Marketing, Hotel or Business Management and at least 2 years experience in a similar setting.
- Technical skills include Advanced MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. I have social media channel management experience. I have an excellent command of written and spoken English and some knowledge of the local language.
- Fluent in English.
