Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with at least 2 years of experience in sales. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional communication skills, a strong ability to build client relationships, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

 Lead Generation: Identify new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media.

 Client Engagement: Understand customer needs, present products/services effectively, and handle queries.

 Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with new and existing clients.

 Target Achievement: Meet and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.

 Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.

 Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales pipelines, customer interactions, and market feedback.

Requirements & Qualifications:

 Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role.

 Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English (plus local language proficiency is a plus), with strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

 Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.

 Skills: Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office is preferred.
