Role Description

This full-time, on-site Sales Executive role is based in Kanpur. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate sales records. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills for reporting and maintaining sales records
  • Knowledge of the automobile industry, especially electric mobility, is a strong advantage
  • A proactive and results-driven approach with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred
  • Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
