Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with a background in the real estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, client handling, site visits, and closing sales to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate leads through various channels such as references, cold calling, and digital platforms
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries professionally
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for clients
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Follow up with potential clients and convert them into sales
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams (CRM, Accounts, etc.) for smooth transaction processing
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Requirements:- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of local property market
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Presentable personality with a professional approach
