Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive – Real Estate

Location: Alpha 2

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Salary: ₹25,000 Fixed + Attractive Incentives

Notice Period: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with a background in the real estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, client handling, site visits, and closing sales to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads through various channels such as references, cold calling, and digital platforms
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries professionally
  • Conduct site visits and property presentations for clients
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Follow up with potential clients and convert them into sales
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams (CRM, Accounts, etc.) for smooth transaction processing
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good knowledge of local property market
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Presentable personality with a professional approach
