Salary: Industry Standard + Uncapped Commissions
Experience: 1–4 years (Freshers with great communication are welcome)
About the Role:
We are a fast-growing SaaS startup building automation and commerce tools for businesses. We are looking for an aggressive, self-motivated Sales Executive who loves talking to people and closing deals. If you are someone who hates sitting idle and wants your paycheck to be decided by your hard work rather than just your hours, this is for you.
What You Will Do Day-to-Day:
The Hustle: Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads (retailers, D2C brands, businesses) and introduce our software.
The Follow-up: Be relentless. If a client is interested, you follow up until the payment link is clicked and the money is in the bank.
The Pitch: Understand the client's business problems and show them how our software solves them.
Product Demos: Give quick online demos to show clients how easy our platform is to use.
Who You Are:
Language: Fluent in Hindi and English.
Mindset: You don't take no personally. You are persistent and know that sales is a numbers game.
Tech-Savvy: You can easily learn how to use CRM tools, WhatsApp automation, and explain software features.
Academics: Graduation in any stream. We value your communication skills, energy, and hunger over your degrees.
