The
Sales Executive and Sr. Sales Executive – On & Off Trade will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring consistent product availability, executing visibility and activation plans, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders including retail outlets, distributors, and trade partners across assigned territories.
The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, target-driven, and possess strong market understanding of both
on-trade (bars, restaurants, hotels) and
off-trade (wine shops, supermarkets, L1s) channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Target Achievement - Drive primary and secondary sales in assigned territory. Ensure month-on-month target achievement across product categories.
- Outlet Management and Channel Management -Develop strong relationships with retail shop owners, bar managers, and outlet staff. Ensure high levels of engagement and availability.
- Product Availability -Monitor and ensure availability and visibility of SKUs at the point of sale. Coordinate with distributors for timely stock replenishment.
- Visibility & Merchandising - Execute in-store and on-premise branding, displays, and POSM deployment. Ensure compliance with visibility and merchandising guidelines.
- Distributor & Trade Coordination - Liaise with distributor sales teams for smooth order flow, claim management, and issue resolution. Support trade schemes and promotions.
- Market Intelligence - Track competitor brands, trade activities, consumer preferences, and pricing trends. Share actionable insights with leaders.
- Activations & Promotions - Support and execute in-outlet activations, sampling programs, and promotional events in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Reporting & Documentation - Maintain daily sales reports, journey plans, and outlet visit records. Report coverage and productivity metrics as per guidelines.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, data reporting, and CRM tools.

Educational Qualifications
Graduate in Hospitality, Business, or Marketing
Preferred: Experience in alcoholic beverages, luxury hospitality, or premium FMCG
