Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to sell motor health insurance policies
- Handle inbound customer queries related to motor insurance
- Explain policy features, benefits, premiums, and add-ons
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
- Cross-sell and up-sell insurance products
- Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Assist customers with documentation and policy issuance
Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Basic understanding of insurance products
