Sales Executive

Company Description Shah Marketing HVAC Solutions is a leading provider of air conditioning and climate control systems for residential, commercial, and industrial spaces. Core services include air conditioning installation, comprehensive HVAC maintenance and repair.

Role Description The Sales Executive role at Shah Marketing is a full-time, on-site position based in Siliguri. The Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with residential, commercial, and industrial clients, and promote Shah Marketing's HVAC installation.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client prospecting, and deal closure.
• Customer relationship management abilities, with experience in handling diverse clients and providing consultative solutions.
• Basic understanding of HVAC, air conditioning, or technical products, with the ability to learn and explain product features clearly.
• Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for engaging stakeholders and influencing decisions.
• Ability to work on-site, conduct regular field visits in and around Siliguri, and manage time and territory efficiently.
• Prior experience in HVAC, building services, or related industrial/commercial sales is an advantage.
• Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
