Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive who can identify new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to work in a competitive sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
● Identify and develop new business opportunities
● Generate leads through field visits, calls, and networking
● Meet prospective clients and present products/services
● Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions
● Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales deals
● Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
● Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and support
● Maintain sales reports and customer data
● Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus)
● 2–4 years of experience in sales or business development
● Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
● Ability to work independently and meet targets
● Willingness to travel for field sales activities
● Software/ Tools: Microsoft Office.
