About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound Sales Executive to drive business growth in Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) projects. The role requires a strong understanding of sewage treatment processes along with the ability to manage end-to-end project sales—from lead generation to execution and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through various channels such as online portals, references, consultants, and direct outreach
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in STP and wastewater treatment projects
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable sewage treatment solutions
- Conduct site visits, meetings, and technical discussions with clients
- Prepare and present proposals in coordination with the technical team
- Handle negotiations and closures of projects
- Coordinate internally for smooth project execution and delivery
- Follow up with clients regularly and maintain strong long-term relationships
- Track project progress and ensure client satisfaction throughout the lifecycle
Key Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in sales of STP / wastewater treatment / environmental projects
- Basic to intermediate understanding of sewage treatment processes and technologies
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
- Proactive and result-oriented approach
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of STP technologies such as MBBR, SBR, or MBR
- Experience working with consultants, builders, industries, or government clients
- Familiarity with a project-based sales cycle
