About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound Sales Executive to drive business growth in Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) projects. The role requires a strong understanding of sewage treatment processes along with the ability to manage end-to-end project sales—from lead generation to execution and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through various channels such as online portals, references, consultants, and direct outreach
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in STP and wastewater treatment projects
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable sewage treatment solutions
  • Conduct site visits, meetings, and technical discussions with clients
  • Prepare and present proposals in coordination with the technical team
  • Handle negotiations and closures of projects
  • Coordinate internally for smooth project execution and delivery
  • Follow up with clients regularly and maintain strong long-term relationships
  • Track project progress and ensure client satisfaction throughout the lifecycle

Key Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales of STP / wastewater treatment / environmental projects
  • Basic to intermediate understanding of sewage treatment processes and technologies
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
  • Proactive and result-oriented approach

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of STP technologies such as MBBR, SBR, or MBR
  • Experience working with consultants, builders, industries, or government clients
  • Familiarity with a project-based sales cycle
