Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve growth and meet sales targets by effectively managing the sales team.

  • Handle recruiting, set objectives, coach, and monitor performance of sales representatives.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue, and expense reports along with realistic forecasts to the management team.
