- Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Handle client queries and resolve issues promptly
Market Intelligence
- Track competitor activity and market trends
- Provide insights to improve pricing and product strategy
Required Skills
- Strong B2B sales experience (preferably in steel/building materials)
- Excellent negotiation communication skills
