Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bidder, based in Indore. The Bidder will be responsible for identifying suitable bidding opportunities, crafting compelling project proposals, and submitting formal bids for various projects. Additional responsibilities may include maintaining client relationships, analyzing project requirements, negotiating contracts, and staying updated on market trends and industry demands.

Qualifications
  • Strong proposal writing, documentation, and communication skills
  • Solid understanding of bidding platforms and tools
  • Knowledge of financial markets, investment, and trading concepts
  • Proficiency in client interaction, negotiation, and relationship management
  • Analytical and research skills to evaluate project opportunities
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in an on-site environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields
  • Previous experience in bidding or a sales-related role is an advantage
