Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive professionals to drive sales growth while efficiently managing day-to-day operations. The role demands strong communication skills, client-handling expertise, and the ability to close deals while ensuring smooth post-sales execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Generate and convert leads through calls, emails, walk-ins, and referrals
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable products/services
- Negotiate pricing, close deals, and achieve assigned sales targets
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of confirmed sales
- Handle documentation, confirmations, and follow-ups with clients
- Ensure timely communication and resolution of client queries
- Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, and transactions
Reporting & CRM
- Update CRM with sales activities and client interactions
- Prepare basic sales and performance reports as required
