Key Responsibilities:
Drive monthly and quarterly revenue and occupancy targets
Source leads through IPCs, brokers, referrals, networking, and online platforms
Manage the full sales cycle tours, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closures
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, existing members, and broker partners
Coordinate with Marketing & Operations for lead generation, center readiness, and smooth client onboarding
Maintain accurate CRM updates, sales forecasts, and weekly performance reports
Stay updated on competitor activity and market trends to identify business opportunities
Provide timely support to members, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience in sales of at least 5 years, preferably in the co-working industry
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a track record of closing deals
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of CRM software and sales management tools is a plus
Passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences for clients
For experience:
Candidates having previous experience in Co-working community/commercial real estate / coworking / enterprise selling / Independent Property Consultant shall be preferred.
