Roles and responsibilities -
- Customer Engagement: Assist customers in selecting products and provide personalized recommendations.
- Sales Targets: Achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the jewellery collections to educate and inform customers.
- Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to promote complementary products.
- Inventory Management: Ensure proper stock display and report low inventory levels.
