We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with at least 1 year of proven experience in sales, particularly in international markets. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills and a strong ability to manage and close deals with overseas clients. This is a night shift role that requires high energy, persistence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:- Minimum 1 year of experience in international sales/client handling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working in a night shift environment.
- Proficient with MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new products and processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with international clients via phone, email, and chat to promote and sell company products/services.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Handle objections and negotiate effectively to close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the sales manager/team lead.
