The individual will be responsible for the Business Development activities of B2B Corporate Gifting as Seedeer India expands its B2B business into new sectors. Job Summary
Seedeer India is looking for a business development professional as the Sales Associate with the responsibility to build and grow our B2B Corporate Gifting category.
Achieve revenue by acquiring, engaging and retaining of consumers across categories.
Set goals for cross-functional projects and liaise with marketing and sourcing teams to execute business development, customer acquisition, retention, and sales strategies.
Own payments and revenue generation/collections for the category.
Conduct in-depth research and determine - gaps and opportunities for the business.
Plan and implement long-term business development strategies for product categories.
Research competitors and suggest appropriate pricing and promotional activities.
Own business development projects with considerable scope and complexity that impact customer experience. Key Requirements
Exposure to marketing, business development and revenue management in Corporate Gifting industry
Experience of growing or scaling businesses
Understating of customer acquisition and retention
Strong analytical and complex problem-solving mindset
Entrepreneurial with High degree of ownership
Ability to work and set targets in a cross functional environment
Solid negotiation skills
Collaborative nature
Education and experience
Master's degree preferred, Bachelor's degree must
2-3 years experience in marketing, business development or sales roles in Corporate Gifting industry.
