- Outbound calling
- Explain credit score repair services
- Understand issues (low score, loan rejection, overdue/settled accounts)
- Follow-ups & conversions
- Maintain data & CRM reports
Requirements
- candidates preferred
- 6 months–2 years tele calling /sales experience
- Good Marathi/Hindi communication
- Basic CIBIL/finance knowledge preferred
- CRM software knowledge is a plus
