Purplee Edge Enterprises LLP is hiring Sales Executives and Sales Interns for a live Australian clean-energy campaign (HVAC & Solar). This is a voice-based international sales role offering structured training, performance incentives, and strong growth opportunities.

• Role Overview

You will support an Australian HVAC and solar sales process, engaging customers through professional, compliance-driven conversations. The focus is on clarity, accuracy, and long-term customer value.

Job Details:

• Location: West Delhi (On-site)
• Duration: 3 Months Probation
• Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM IST (Monday to Friday)
• Stipend: 25,000 - 35,000 per month (based on communication skills and prior exposure)
• Incentives: Performance-based
• Conversion: Full-time placement opportunity on successful completion
• Weekends: Off

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured outbound and inbound calls for the Australian market
• Explain HVAC and solar solutions under approved rebate programs
• Understand customer requirements and align suitable solutions
• Maintain accurate CRM updates and follow-ups
• Work closely with senior sales and quality teams
• Who We're Looking For
• Freshers with strong English communication skills
• Immediate joiners only
• Candidates with 0-12 months of international voice or sales experience (preferred, not mandatory)
• Target-oriented, disciplined, and professional mindset
